I want instructions and graphics on how to create a Yahoo account AND register for the Growth Stock Pickers Club Group.  I understand this is a LARGE file (2.1 MB) and not suitable for dial-up or slow Internet connections.
These instructions are for members who do NOT have a Yahoo email address; and want to join the Growth Stock Pickers Club Group.

PRINT THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO HAVE IN FRONT OF YOU, BEFORE YOU GO TO THE YAHOO SITE!
There are three stages to joining the Growth Stock Pickers Group:  you must create a Yahoo account (Part 1), specify an alternate email address (Part 2) and join then group (Part 3).

PART 1.  Create a Yahoo Account __________________________________________________
Step 1.  Go to www.yahoo.com and click the "Sign Up" button. 
Step 2.  Complete the form.  Item 1: use your real name so we can approve accounts.  Your birthday is used to reset your account if you forget your password.  Item 2: create your personal Yahoo User ID and a password.  Item 3: specify an alternate email address; this is your "real" email address (the one to which you want club news sent).  Complete the remaining form.  Make sure you specify a security question, enter the security code shown and check the box.  When done, click "Create My Account."
Step 3.  You will receive verification that your account has been created.  Your account details are provided; you may wish to print and save this page.  Click the button labeled "Continue."  You do NOT need to check the box for the Yahoo Toolbar.

PART 2.  Specify an Alternate Email Address ________________________________________
Step 1.  Now that you have a Yahoo account, you should set your preferred email address (if other than a Yahoo email address).  Within a few minutes of completing the steps outlined in Part 1, you will receive an email from Yahoo to the email address you specified for alternate email (Part 1, Step 3).  Click on the link in that email that reads, "Verify <Your Alternate Email Address>."
Step 2.  If asked, enter your Yahoo User ID and Password (created in Part 1, Step 3) and click the button labeled "Sign In" (otherwise you will automatically skip to Step 3).  
Step 3.  Click the button labeled "Continue."
Step 4.  Enter your Yahoo Password and click the button labeled "Sign In."
Step 5.  Click the button alongside the email address you previously specified as your alternate email address ... the one to which you want all Growth Stock Pickers Club emails to be sent.  Click the "Save" button.
Step 6.  Repeat Step 4.  Note that Yahoo asks for your password every time you make a change to your account settings.  This is a security feature.  Enter your Yahoo password and click the button labeled "Sign In."
Step 7.  Review the information then click the button labeled "Finished."
Step 8.  Congratulations!  You have created a Yahoo account and changed the default email address so you will receive Growth Stock Pickers Club  announcements.

PART 3.  Join the Growth Stock Pickers Club Yahoo Group _____________________________
Step 1.  Now that you have a Yahoo account you need to join our club's Yahoo Group.  Start the process by going to the following web address:  http://groups.yahoo.com/group/GrowthStockPickers.  Click the button labeled "Join This Group."
Step 2.  Verify that your preferred email address is selected (the black dot is next to it).  Enter the Yahoo Code into the box and click the button labeled "Join."
Step 3.  Congratulations, your request to join the group has been forwarded to the moderator.  You will be notified when your request is approved.
